The Paris Motor Show closed on Sunday with 518,372 visitors across its six days at Porte de Versailles, the organisers said in their closing figures for the 91st edition.
More than 60 carmakers and over 100 exhibitors took part, and 5,000 press and content-creator accreditations were issued, half of them to international media. The show's test-drive centre logged 6,000 drives, 2,700 of them in supervised automated driving on open roads, a first for the event. Organisers PFA and Hopscotch also counted 37 political walkabouts, up from 17 in 2024, and said exhibitors took record orders during the week.
The bigger news is the next edition. Show director Serge Gachot said 2028 will run longer, spanning two weekends, and move to a new site, promising "a longer format including two weekends and a new location, to welcome more visitors."
The Mondial runs every two years and returns in October 2028.
